COLLEGE, SHEFFIELD Firth Park Community College is a mixed comprehensive school with 1300 pupils on roll. The school provides pupil support in three main areas: a mentoring system; support for those with SEN and support for those with emotional and behavioural difficulties. There is inevitably a good deal of overlap and co-ordination between these three functions. The four learning mentors, who have varying professional, backgrounds, share an office base but also book offices or support rooms around the school for individual sessions with year 10 and 11 students. |
