Inclusion Trust's flagship
project Notschool.net is an entirely virtual school
for those excluded from school by behaviour or circumstances.
It has proved
to be remarkably effective at
re-engaging learners but does so
with a very complex, detailed, recipe
of practice. Many non traditional
spaces and places are harnessed to
provide learning events like the
animation workshop here. This is
very, very personalised learning linked
by new technology but clearly
evidences how effective (including
cost-effective) out-of-school,
and home-based, learning can be. |
