extraordinary story of school improvement. Groups of
children
stay together for much of the
day in their Principal Learning
Centres, although there are some
general areas - like this shaded
play space. Students performance
has been stellar. Children work for
longer blocks of time, and they
comment: "Having a Principal
Teacher and spending so much time
with them is great. They really get
to know you, how you learn and
what help you need. It’s got to do
with the time you have with them.
They know you, know what you are
doing and not doing!" |
