After removing walls between classrooms to allow a greater diversity of learning experiences Western Heights College saw a dramatic jump in their annual Student Attitudes to School survey. For example student morale grew grew from 17% to 80% and classroom behaviour showed a 50% improvement. Students appreciate their teachers more. Now, without walls, teachers work together when they want and can use interdisciplinary and personalised teaching for all, where appropriate.
Learning is lovely, wish you were here
