A facilitator is allocated to each head teacher to support their participation.
The role of the facilitation team is to;
The BT Service Desk is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm to assist registered Talking Heads and NPQH candidates and their tutors i.e. authorised users of the Think.com community and conferencing tool. If you are already registered, you may click here to connect to the Talking Heads Technical Support forum. If you experience difficulties when trying to register, contact the BT Service Desk on 0845 601 3032 or by email on ncsl.support@bt.com. When you contact the BT Service Desk, please be prepared to provide the customer service representative with your LEA, establishment number, username and password for identification purposes. It would be useful if you could have these items to hand prior to calling. |
