Und so weiter! (And so on!) is a story of people who work for the German company Krüger Gmbh.People meet through business, but socialising and travel are all part of the story.
The story takes off with Silke Maier applying for a job as Personal Assistant to the company director, ebullient Horst Krüger.
The key players are:
Horst Krüger Horst is the likeable, somewhat eccentric, Director of Krüger GmbH. Managing the business? No problem! But what about the women in his life? Silke Maier What does it take to be Herr Krüger's new PA? Experience? Wit? Diplomacy? Silke is about to find out... Andreas Brunner As a salesman, Andreas wrote the book. Privately, though, is it social skill or overkill? Gabi Herrberg Gabi is Head of Import/Export and long suffering 'best friend' of Andreas Brunner. Of course she'll just love Silke! The rest of the cast:Ulrich Wagner Ulrich is a friendly young accountant at Krüger GmbH. Waiter Works at 'Zu den Linden', getting on in years. Bärbel Schönemann Bärbel is head buyer at Elektra KG. Sanne Schönbrunner Sanne is a telephonist at Eurotech. Martina Weiß Martina works in the sales office at Eurotech. Frauke Becker Frauke runs a commercial leasing agency Two female passers-by Two passers-by who Andreas asks for directions. Inge Hoffmann Inge works as a receptionist at Hotel Stern - is bemused by frivolity. Ingrid Krüger Ingrid the artistic wife of Herr Krüger, enjoys entertaining. Jakob Krüger Jakob demonstrates an independent spirit and an eye for form. Anke Sommer Anke is Herr Krüger's understanding client. Krüger Gmbh is a small but successful company which produces radios and televisions of top quality.It is well established in the small town of Rosenheim situated in beautiful Bavarian countryside close to forests, lakes and mountains.
This region is in the South East of Germany roughly 70 km east of the Bavarian capital Munich, in what has been described by the European Commission as the economically strongest "Super-Region" of the EU.
The job market in Rosenheim draws on a well-established network of small businesses with a broad mix of business interests.
A number of Rosenheim organisations are active internationally, for example in electronics, engineering, ladies footwear, dairy products, wood products, optics, office systems, office furniture.
