Learning in the New Millennium Phase Two (1997 - 1999)

The research focus moved from communication and communities to the contribution symmetrical, multiple media and broader band communication might add. Project participants were encouraged to;

• expand communication from text to multiple media to share and distribute their multimedia work for comment and iteration
• to work on multiple media projects across physical boundaries and age limitations
• to build their own interactive webspace, which they were responsible for, updated and controlled
• to develop new ideas for projects
