Brightlingsea is a sea club on England's East Coast. Launching from a substantial new ramp into a sheltered creek ensures sailing at any state of the tide or in any wind direction or strength. The sea at the mouth of Essex's Blackwater and Colne estuaries beckons and that is where the racing takes place.

Brightlingsea is a very large club.with long experience of running national and international championship events and is generously equipped. In addition to plentiful RIB's, buoys etc., resources include the experience of a long string of champions at Olympic, International and National level as members.

The Millennium Europeans will be an event to remember - great sailing, great socials, great support and good sponsorship support. Brightlingsea's strong local Mirror fleet are familiar with the needs of Mirror racers - from camping nearby to packed evenings and of course wonderful race courses. They know just what is needed to make this the best possible way for the International Mirror Class to start the new Millennium.
