Feierabend
Silke is keen to become efficient at her new job. However she still insists on going home at the normal finishing time. The 'Feierabend' (spare time in the evening) is highly valued - work hard and play hard is the thing!
Formality
No matter how friendly the relations between colleagues are, it is quite common to use the 'Sie' form to each other, even when you've known one another for years! This is especially the case when talking to someone outside your 'peer' group.
